SharpReply is prepaid and pay-as-you-go. New accounts get free assistant minutes to try the full experience. When you need more, you buy a one-time pack of minutes — there is no subscription and nothing auto-renews. Minutes are used only during live sessions, so idle time costs nothing.

Customers in India are charged in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Customers outside India are charged in US Dollars (USD). Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fee, which is set by them and not by us. Prices may change over time; the amount shown at checkout is the amount you pay.

How billing works

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking and more).
Once your payment succeeds, the pack’s minutes are credited to your account automatically.
Minutes are deducted only while you are in a live session. Very short sessions are not billed.
No subscription, no auto-renewal — you buy more only when you choose to.
