These terms govern your use of the SharpReply desktop application and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
SharpReply is a real-time meeting assistant. It transcribes your calls and helps you respond using context you provide, such as uploaded documents and your session settings. AI-generated suggestions are aids for you to review and use at your own discretion.
SharpReply is offered on a prepaid, pay-as-you-go basis. New accounts receive a free allowance of assistant minutes. Additional minutes are purchased as one-time packs, which do not auto-renew. Optional monthly plans, where offered, renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from the app. Customers in India are charged in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of applicable taxes; customers outside India are charged in US Dollars (USD). See the Pricing page. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Once a payment succeeds, the corresponding minutes are credited to your account. Minutes are consumed only during live sessions. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI- generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SharpReply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the minutes in question.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
